What Makes This Unique?
Our ServSafe® class and exam is proctored by our own kitchen manager, conveniently located at Urban Alliance, and completely free of charge -participants only need to purchase the required materials.
*In order to receive a Food Safety Manager certificate, participants must receive a 70% score or better to pass the exam. All exams are graded by the National Restaurant Association and scores are usually available within 7-10 business days.
