ServSafe Certification Training

Worried about proper food handling in your business? From storing food safely to preventing cross-contamination, understanding food safety practices is essential. Join us for an in-person ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification training at ECDI/Food Fort, 1655 Old Leonard Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219.

Offered by Food Business Incubation Services, this course covers essential food safety practices to keep your customers and employees safe. The training concludes with a test, and passing is required to earn your certification.

What to Expect:

• This is a 4-hour training session; with the certification test, plan for a total time commitment of 6 hours (5:00–11:00 PM)
• Bring a laptop — tablets and phones will not work for this course. A limited number of laptops are available on-site; contact the Food Fort team in advance to request one
• A meal is not provided, so bring dinner, snacks, and water to eat during the training
• Bring a valid ID

This course is usually $99, but right now, you can sign up for only $65!

The ServSafe Manager’s Certification, accredited by the National Restaurant Association, is recognized by all U.S. food safety regulatory agencies.
