The Economic & Community Development Institute is a Columbus, Ohio-based 501(c)(3) non-profit economic development organization founded in 2004. The Food Fort is offering small in-person ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification trainings at no-cost!

Worried about proper food handling in your business? From storing food safely to preventing cross-contamination, understanding food safety practices is essential. Join us for an in-person ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification training at ECDI/Food Fort, 1655 Old Leonard Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219. This 4-hour training, offered by Food Business Incubation Services, is a comprehensive program that covers essential food safety practices to keep your customers and employees safe. The course concludes with a test, and passing is required to earn your certification. This course is usually $99, but right now, you can sign up for only $65!
