Who We AreThe Next Door Inc. (TNDI) is the largest social service agency in the Gorge. We were founded in 1971 to address the unmet need of support services for youth. Today, TNDI‘s 100+ staff continue to strive to fulfill our mission of opening doors to new possibilities by strengthening children and families and improving communities in Oregon and Washington. <p>This workshop will explore the diversity within the county and participants.  Discussions and activities will show that there are many ways to define diversity.  Each of us has our own story to share.  We will explore the connections between where we live, our different access to resources and our health outcomes.</p>
