Join us in hearing from a diverse group of service designers as they share their perspectives on the industry and discuss the tools, methods, and ideas they have developed successfully in their organizations. Each speaker will talk for five to seven minutes.
Speakers will include:
- Pelin Arslan, Design Manager at Autodesk
- Andrea Fineman, Service Designer at Adaptive Path at Capital One
- Shahrzad Samadzadeh, Lead Product Designer at Salesforce
- Dan Shilov, Senior Interaction Designer at Augmedix
- Dana Ragouzeos, Design Strategy Lead for design and discovery at UCSF
Gassia Salibian, Principal at Future-Proof Consulting, will be the host and MC for the event.
6:00–6:30 p.m.: refreshments and mingling
6:30–7:30 p.m.: lightning talks
