Rex Fisher
Rex is the founder and managing partner of Indy Urban Advisors, a diversified real estate conglomerate with entities engaged in realty, LTR leasing & property management, residential & commercial development, staging, title insurance, storage/warehousing, and coworking. For over 20 years, he has specialized in leveraging organizational strategy and behavioural economics across a variety of fields including real estate, professional sports & entertainment, fundraising, education, and healthcare. His current board & community involvement includes IU Health (Downtown Indianapolis Campus Board, Philanthropy Council, & Credentialing Committee) and the Indiana Sports Corp 2024 Olympic Swim Trials Local Organizing Committee. Rex lives in Fountain Square with his wife, Gaby, and their three children.
Nick Giulioni
Nick began investing in real estate from Southern California in 2017, rapidly expanding his portfolio to the point that he's now touched/owned over 200 properties using creative financing, flipping, and the BRRRR strategy. In 2020, he relocated to Indianapolis, where he fully immersed himself in the local market and now resides with his wife and daughter. After leaving a successful e-commerce sales career in 2022, Nick became a full-time real estate flipper, investor, and wedding venue owner, and founded Off Leash Construction.
