Movement Therapy is a great way to spark or re-spark the connection between your mind and body. This type of therapy is great for individuals who are expressive or have trouble expressing what they keep inside. It's a form of therapy that supports your body's emotional, intellectual, and motor functions.

Sensual Zen is specifically created to help individuals find empowerment and freedom within themselves. This class will support you if

  • You're ready to take a step in becoming more confident in your skin
  • Ready to reclaim ownership of your body and emotions after experiencing a physical or sexual trauma
  • Want to tap into your innate sensual energy

Your instructor, Danielle Branche-Brown, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, will guide and support you on your path of exploration. This class is welcoming of individuals of all movement/yoga levels, genders, and geographical locations.

*Your camera can be off for this class. Your instructor may ask for cameras to be turned on to assist with the proper form of yoga poses.

*Because Danielle is providing a space that is comfortable for all participants. We ask that you clothes that cover your chest and bottoms but still make you feel empowered, confident, or comfortable.


How the class flows…

We’ll have 10 minutes of warm-up to loosen up your body. Followed by 35 minutes of dancing and/or yoga. Danielle will walk you through the movements step by step

Get ready to practice self-love and empowerment with some affirmations. Why? Everyone should have reminders of how amazing and badass they are.

We’ll end class with a get-real meditation that allows us to cool down, tune in to our current selves and emotions, and release anything that no longer serves us.
