Learn to explore and harness your dark feminine energy through movement in this 2hr all levels dance class. Sensual Movement isnt just about sexy dancing, it's about feeling yourself, not only in dance, but in life. Think of it as sensual meditation in motion.

What to wear:

I always encourage my students to wear whatever they feel good in. As this class is primarily floorwork, I highly recommend knee protection, a yoga mat, and of course, plenty of water.

I’ve never danced before. Will I be ok in this class?

Yes! You don’t need any previous dance experience to participate.

Do you accommodate for mobility issues?

Absolutely! Sensual Movement is about feeling sensual in YOUR body however it is right now. Just let me know what/where your issues are, and I will help you with variations.

Is this class suitable for all gender identities?

Yes! Sensual Movement is about you finding your unique sensual power, however you identify.

Can I wear heels?

You can wear whatever makes you feel good, but I highly recommend wearing socks or bare feet in this specific workshop.

Im a trained dancer. Is this class going to challenge me?

YES! Often my students who are trained dancers find this workshop particularly challenging. You’ll be asked to break free of the binds of classical dance and embrace something primal… which is easier said than done.
