Join me for weekly sessions of somatic movement, discovering sensuality, and dancing.
Each week we'll spend time having light discussion about sensuality and focusing on being in the present moment, all while moving our bodies using somatic movement and choreographed dance.
I'd love to start this club by exercising small somatic movements and teaching my beginner/intermediate friendly choreography (R&B music, sensual dance). Eventually, i'd love to collaborate on making choreography with those in this community!
