Bring a bottle of water!

I would suggest bringing leggings AND shorts! We have a chrome pole and silicone pole available. Also bring a t shirt, tank top, bralette or long sleeve! You're more than welcome to bring dancing heels as well.

Can I take this class if I’ve never done aerial before?

Absolutely! This class is open for all levels.

What should I wear to class?

We would suggest bringing leggings and shorts. We have a traditional chrome pole (best with shorts) and a grippy silicone pole (leggings preferred)

What should I bring to class?

A bottle of water and a smile! You can also bring dancing heels if you would like, but it is not mandatory.

Where should I park?

In the Giant Grocery store parking lot one block up. 300 H St NE
