Join the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin as we partner with the WJ Niederkorn Library to offer FREE fun, interactive sensory playtimes!
The sensory playtime program is set up as a variety of tactile, sensory activity stations where children (under 13 years old) are free to explore with their caregiver. Each month there is a different theme. Stations may include shaving cream, sand, water, and/or food items. Dress to make a mess. Research shows sensory play supports children in their brain development, language development, gross and fine motor skills, as well as improving their ability to socially interact. Stop by for a little while of stay the whole time. Registration recommended, but not required. We look forward to seeing you!
