Seniors Fight Back - Self-defense Class

Seniors Fight Back will be hosting a second FREE Self-Defense class for the community in Fullerton, CA. Ron Scolesdang, professional Muay Thai fighter with over 20 years of self-defense experience created a practical and simple approach to self-defense that anyone can utilize.

During class, the focus is on situational awareness, body language and voice. If the person still wants to attack you no matter what, you'll learn the clinch, elbow and knee to get away from the attacker.

We will also be providing complimentary pepper spray and safety alarms to participants. Anyone ages 18 and over are welcome to attend.
