Senior Exercise Class

Strength, Flexibility, and Balance classes on Wednesday and Fridays 9:30am. We meet at the Community United Methodist Church at the corner of Hanley and Ramsey.

Come and check us out twice, then $25 annual registration fee (covers insurance) and $1 donation each class.
