Welcome to Senflow Circle!
Being a SENCO means carrying more than most people ever see. The paperwork, the difficult conversations, the advocating, the holding everything together, often quietly, and often without enough recognition.
The Senflow Circle was built as a response to that. It's a relaxed morning for SENCOs to come together over breakfast, share what's working, what isn't, and simply be in a room with people who genuinely understand the job.
There's no pitch, no PowerPoints, and no agenda beyond honest conversation. We believe the best thinking on SEND doesn't come from a boardroom, it comes from the people doing this work every single day, and this event exists to give that thinking space to be heard.
Whether you're newly into the role or have years of experience behind you, you'll leave with new connections, a bit of headspace, and hopefully feeling a little less alone in it.
