About this event

  • 3 hours

This course is a follow up to our Implicit Bias in Work with Youth. It seeks to review implicit bias, reflect on our individual identities and how our identities influence our implicit bias, gather tools to actively be inclusive to avoid unconscious exclusion and harmful practices in our work, and develop an individual action plan to address our own implicit bias.

*Please note that we will no longer admit new participants after 15 minutes into the presentation due to the impact on the training process.

There is a minimum registration requirement of 10 participants in order for this training to be facilitated. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the training will be rescheduled. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
