Seller and Buyer Brokerage Engagement Agreement

A Seller Brokerage Engagement Agreement is a written contract that creates a working relationship with a real estate practitioner in finding a buyer for their property and includes, marketing and contract management up until closing. We will review the various clauses, responsibilities and obligations referenced in the GAR Forms 101 and 104 “Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Brokerage Engagement Agreement”.

Buyers sign a similar contract, known as an’ Exclusive or Non-Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Engagement Agreement” to assist in locating, negotiating a home purchase on their behalf. We will review the various clauses, responsibilities and obligations referenced the GAR Forms F110 and F113.

These agreements are legally binding. They specify the listing and purchasing price, broker and client duties, broker’s compensation, termination and penalties and other terms and conditions that you need to understanding and explain to your client.
