During this immersive session, you'll enjoy:

• Breath Work: Harness the power of your breath to promote relaxation and release tension.
• Guided Meditation: Journey inward as Angela leads you through a transformative meditation practice.
• Journaling: Reflect on your experience and set intentions for the season ahead.
