    A system of yoga which involves a combination of physical movements, deep breathing techniques & meditation. This form of yoga is inspired by Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and has a larger emphasis on breathing patterns, while also instilling the philosophies of self-development, healing of mind-body-spirit and self-discovery.

    Can I invite my friend?

    Yes, you can invite. They can register for session, as long as friend identifies as Black or African Decent.

    Will I get a reminder about the class?

    Yes, as long as you register, we have auto set a reminder one day in advance and 30 minutes before session.

    What if I have never done yoga before, can I take your class?

    Absoulutely!!!!! Remember, this is your practice and you can modify your postures any way that feels comfortable to you.

    Can I join if I am pregnant?

    Yes, I can guide you as much as I can but do remember that you are with child and it is necessary to move at your own pace and comfortability.
