Hi! I'm so glad you stopped by! My name is Nandi (rhymes with Gandhi) and I am a Life Coach who specializes in bringing women into alignment through spiritual and mindset practices.Ever feel not yourself? Out of whack? Disconnected from your joy? That, my friend, is living out of alignment. <p>Have you ever thought about what you think about yourself? What about what you think others think you think about yourself? Why any of this matters anyway? Join me as I guide our group through a series of mindfulness-based prompts to help you notice, with curiosity, how you believe you are showing up. Self-love comes in when we have the courage to look at the things that make us uncomfortable and take action to make changes. Those changes could be drinking more water, spending less time with certain people or simply talking to yourself with more kindness. Join your community Monday 2/21 and dive into your self-perception. My hope is that you will either walk away confirming that you are who you say you are and want to be... and/or notice the areas in which you desire to clean it up. This &quot;cleaning up&quot; is an act of self love. Loving ourselves enough to be with ourselves through the discomfort of change...the discomfort of loving ourselves well. I cannot wait to dive in with you all!</p>
