For-Purpose Community Sharing Session for Holacracy Practitioners

Holacracy® is a great practice to self-organize the work for purpose. It is also an evolutionary catalyst and therefore gives rise to new evolutionary tensions. You are invited to explore this field with fellow practitioners and to see if and how the For-Purpose Enterprise offers ways to process these tensions into meaningful output for the continuing journey of self-organization.
In this interactive For-Purpose Community Sharing Session, encode.org invites you to reflect on your Holacracy practice, its benefits, the shifts it caused for you, as well as the biggest challenges that it can pose on you. How does it affect your relationships with your co-workers? How do you process personal and interpersonal tensions? How does it affect financial and legal issues, such as payment, profit, even ownership? Does your current legal system allow or hinder your organization in fully distributing authority? We hope to address those and many more questions during the session.
After a brief input from Tom Thomison, you will be invited to reflect on your experiences in small break out groups. Then, after harvesting your thoughts and questions, we invite you to share them with the larger group and we will tackle them one by one - Tactical Meeting style.
Join us in this free For-Purpose Community Sharing Session and reflect your experiences with the Holacracy practice and the evolutionary tensions it triggers in a broader context with a diverse group of practitioners from around the world.
