Opening Circle
Body Scan - learn how to reconnect to yourself physically and emotionally to assess how you are feeling with a body scan meditation. Sometimes we’re too busy to be aware of what’s happening in our bodies, this is a great tool to train your nervous system to relax.
A Rose Tea Ceremony for healing and opening our hearts. We will commune with the spirit of the Rose to receive her blessings and heart space healing. This tea is nurturing, calming and anti-inflammatory. Rose contains l-theanine, an amino acid that has been shown to help alleviate anxiety and improve sleep.
Reiki Drum Journey- We will then cultivate self-love, positivity and appreciation for ourselves and our vessels as we journey to connect to our hearts as the Reiki energy rides the shamanic drums sound waves to facilitate healing.
