Self-Love in Nature: Grief and Self-Love Workshop

Come join us for a transformative workshop focused on self-love and healing in the beautiful setting of Eggers Grove. This event will provide a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings of grief and learn how to cultivate self-love through nature. Connect with others, engage in self-care practices, and leave feeling empowered and nourished. Don't miss this opportunity to prioritize your mental health and well-being in a serene natural environment.

Releasing Grief through our Hands
Grief comes in many different shapes and sizes. Grief is a natural occurrence when we
experience a loss. How do we express our grief? Can we be ok with grief? In this workshop, we
will create a safe space to experience grief. And with our hands, we will create memorials of
love through planting living seeds.
