Led by Master Meditation Teacher and Sound Healer Connie Greisz, this in-person event offers you a beautiful opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, refresh and reset. Utilizing science backed meditation techniques and expert level guidance, Connie will guide you into a deep meditative state of relaxation and restoration for your mind, body, and spirit.
