Let&#x27;s face it, most of us are not overflowing with self esteem. I am not talking about that cocky, over the top, full of yourself demeanor that some people try to pull off as self esteem. I am talking about REALLY not worrying about what other people think of you, not taking rejection personally, not being afraid to make a mistake, and truly believing failure is learning. I could tell you how to get that kind of self esteem, but then I&#x27;d have to kill you. Haha. But seriously, developing healthy self esteem is a journey, and the first step is knowing your destination.
