This four-week session will take place on Mondays, Sept 9, 16, 23 & 30 (6-9PM) at the Plainsboro Rec Center.

Empower yourself with a new sense of awareness and confidence through RAD Women®, a national self-defense course for women. Learn to be more aware of potential danger and how to protect yourself. RAD Women® is a multi-session, activity-based program that includes lectures, safety drills, muscle memory work, and physical defense techniques. This course is designed for every woman regardless of physical fitness and age. Dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing. *No prior experience necessary.
