I do not have martial arts experience. Are these classes good for me?

Absolutely, anyone can learn self-defense no matter your prior experience, physical condition or age.

Do I need to be in shape?

No. Our classes are designed for the average person with no prior physical training. We encourage you to participate at your own pace and comfort level.

Do I need to wear special uniform or gear?

No. We train tactical real-world self-defense preparing our students to defend thenselves while wearing what they usually wear on a daily basis. Come to ous clasess wearing just comfortable clothes.
