SELF DEFENSE 101: BOXING x JIU JITSU WORKSHOP
Griffins Boxing & Fitness and Gracie Jiu Jitsu North Vancouver are teaming up for the first time to offer a women's self defense workshop - designed especially for beginners.
No experience? No problem. This workshop is all about helping women feel confident, capable, and empowered.
Participants will kick things off with a 1-hour session at Griffins Boxing & Fitness, where you'll learn the basics of boxing-based skills for striking, footwork, and situational awareness.
Then, we'll take a short 150-meter walk together to Gracie Jiu Jitsu North Vancouver, where you'll learn how to stay safe and in control using simple, effective live saving techniques-no strength or athleticism required.
Expect a supportive, encouraging environment with expert coaches who are here to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident.
