Join us for the very first JAYA experience: Reclaim Your Power.JAYA was created to help women build confidence, connection and courage through real-life experiences. For our inaugural event, we’re bringing women together for an empowering evening of self-defence, community and confidence building in the heart of London.Led by a qualified self-defence instructor, this beginner-friendly workshop will teach practical techniques for real-life situations while helping you feel more capable, confident and empowered in your everyday life.Following the workshop, there will be drinks and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women in a relaxed and welcoming environment.Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a space designed to help women step into their power, build meaningful connections and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.📍 Gym Nation, London Bridge 🕡 class will START at 6:30pm📅 Thursday 25 JuneNo previous experience is required.
