Self-Compassion Virtual Practice Session

Are you curious about building your self-compassion? Do you feel like you might be on the right path, but could use some 'practice time' to stay focused? Are you wanting to join a supportive group of like-minded people to talk about what's working, what's not, and what's next?

These Self-Compassion Practice Sessions, led by Illuminate's Maria Jackson, are one-hour, lightly structured opportunities to clarify your next steps towards self-acceptance and have accountability for your goals.

Each 60-minute practice session includes:

-A short, guided Loving Kindness meditation

-Group Coaching Questions explored in 'breakout rooms' with others on a similar journey as you

-Goal check-in time

-Exploration of a new self-compassion technique, tip, or trick

-Game plan creation time to formulate goals

All from the comfort of your computer.
