If you've experienced the pain of harsh self-criticism and judgement, you probably know it's not helping. Attacking yourself in the midst of a problem or setback only makes you feel worse.
This series will show you how to turn toward self-compassion through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
Learn practical tools for recognizing your difficult emotions and limiting beliefs. See how nurturing yourself opens up choices and sparks positive change.
Meghan and Christine create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgemental space for everyone. Open to all levels of yoga and meditation. Discussion and sharing is welcome though never mandatory. Come as you are.
When: Sunday Oct 23, 30 & Nov 6 and 13, 2022 at 7-8:30 pm.
Please arrive between 6:45-6:55 pm to settle in and make yourself at home.
