Join Jessica Brazil, LCSW, RYT on a self-care journey for an in person 5 week series. The group meets on Wednesdays 4:00-5:15/30pm. Begins January 4th. This self-care support group is focused on the groups evolving needs, but primarily aims to reduce anxiety, uplift mood, enhance clarity, and increase creativity. Each group will include rejuvenating mindfulness practices including Kundalini Yoga, mantras, guided meditation, sound baths, and self-care strategies, and therapeutic connection to support you in your journey of connecting to and grounding into your core essence. Self Care Support Groups takes place at our Kihei office location on the back lawn with a sunset view of the ocean and West Maui Mountains.P﻿lease bring your yoga mat, towel, zafu cushion or pillow, journal, and eye pillow.

Mindful Living Group is a group of like-minded professionals committed to living mindfully in the spirit of Aloha. Our intention is to help you achieve your greatest potential in life through access to natural health and wellness approaches, psychotherapy &amp; counseling, bodywork &amp; acupuncture, western and indigenous or alternative medicines, psychiatric and nursing services, education, and lifestyle experiences. We recognize and embrace our Hawaiian host culture and its wisdom to teaching us how to life well and live aloha.
