Welcome to Self Care Sundays! Join us on Sundays at 11:00 AM for some time dedicated to self-care and relaxation. This event will take place at Black Lotus HHC at 206 Rittenhousetown Lane, where you can unwind and focus on yourself.Take part in yoga sessions, meditation exercises, and mindfulness activities to rejuvenate your mind and body.
