Join author Alexandra Elle and yoga instructor Racheal Weathers for an invigorating movement and writing intensive. Preparing for the holiday season can bring to the surface a lot of different feelings for some, at this particular self-care session guests will be encouraged to lean into their emotions, take shape, bend not break, and find their voices through yoga and journaling.
Racheal will be leading 1.5-hour affirmation based yoga flow suitable for all levels and body types.

6:10- 7:40 || Yoga
7:40-7:50 || Break
7:50-8:40 || Taking Shape writing session + group work w/ Alex
8:40-8:50 || Goodbyes

Please come early or on time. Tickets are non-refundable. We understand that things come up, so if that happens, a credit will be given for the next session at no additional cost.
