This self care-themed pilates class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling refreshed — not just worked out. Whether you’re a pilates regular or totally new, this class is for you.


Expect mindful movement with a burn. We’ll work up a sweat in a heated room, creating that deep muscle burn pilates is known for — then balance it all out with a complimentary gua sha experience to help you cool down and glow.


What’s included:
• 45 min of guided pilates in a heated room focused on mindful movement and burn
• Complimentary gua sha experience provided by Beauty by Hannah Lebron — a relaxing facial technique that promotes circulation and a natural glow
