<p>Self-Care... It's not all bubble baths and good coffee. Come spend a morning exploring the science behinds self-care that promotes our wellness as well as the challenges to self-care we might encounter. We'll conclude the time developing self-care plans specific to our personal situations, strengths, challenges, and circumstances. </p><p>Snacks and light breakfast fare will be provided.</p>
