Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a therapeutic tool that is often referred to as “psychological acupuncture without the needles.” It is a gentle method of reducing or eliminating emotional and physical distress by stimulating the relaxation of the body’s energy and autonomic response system.
