Overview

This workshop is hands on learning to help understanding of Biodynamic farming techniques and practices.

This workshop will highlight one of the most ancient and fundamental practices in agriculture: seed saving. Folks will learn the importance and benefits of saving seed and how it promotes a sense of geographical identity to the land under cultivation. We will go through the process of saving seed for different staple crops, and then engage in some of these techniques hands on.
