Distancing will be observed. Because speakers will not be masked during their presentations, attendees are asked to keep at least 6 feet of distance from those presenting. Should policies change, attendees will be notified by email. The venue Embassy Suites has implemented the Hilton CleanStay program. Building on already rigorous cleaning standards they have provided enhanced training for Team Members and implemented increased cleaning of public areas.
