Section Specific Training

The West End Regional Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Academy is a cohort-based training series designed to develop and train employees in the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be an EOC responder.Participation in the Academy demonstrates a critical commitment to ensuring the safety and security of West End residents and City employees. All classes are provided free of charge through the West End Emergency Response Commission for employees of the West End cities.Through this training, you will learn the basics of incident management, resource tracking, and information management, as well as advanced topics like EOC Action Planning. The culminating event of the training will be filling a role during an EOC functional exercise.

Focuses on key EOC positions within the section based on state OES EOC Section/Position credentialing.
