The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently finalized new rules related to Section 1071 of the Dodd Frank Act that will increase transparency in small business lending and help root out discrimination. Join us on May 18th at 1:30 PM ET where we will be going over the features of the new rule and how it will be implemented, the strengths and weaknesses of the rule, and items that are still open. You should definitely attend this webinar if you are active in assisting small businesses and want to know more about what these rules will do, and how they are designed to detect for discrimination.
