Dark meat chicken cooked over local hardwood and smothered in house-made stout barbecue sauce, bacon-braised collard greens and homestyle mac & cheese.

Vegetarian Option*: Tahini Smoked Carrots - Local carrots smoked w/tahini, honey, toasted sesame, sunflower, & pumpkin seeds with a side of with homestyle mac & cheese.
