Second Annual DC Brau Beer Dinner at Declaration

Overview
North Shaw's favorite neighborhood pizza spot Declaration Restaurant and local brewery DC Brau are coming together again to create another exclusive Beer Dinner. Chef Demetrio Zavala has created 4 courses of American cuisine, all from locally sourced ingredients and produce, each to be paired with a featured beer crafted by DC Brau.
Chopped Champion and PRG Corporate Executive Chef Zavala will be present to describe how each beer complements each dish.
The four course menu features Buttermilk & Carrots, Mojo Duck Breast, Poached Halibut, and Chocolate & Mango. The beers to be paired with the menu are the Brau Pils, El Hefe Speaks, On the Wings of Armageddon, and the Limited Release Maple Barrel Aged Citizen.
Tickets are $40 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
