SECO18

SECO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization exclusively serving the needs of small and mid-size community owners and property managers. All aspects of our program are planned by, and for, community owners. Net proceeds fund projects for veterans and first responders living in manufactured housing communities.

SECO National Conference of Community Owners

Pre-SECO workshops will be on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.  Each is designed to allow seasoned veterans to thoroughly cover specific topics with lots of audience interaction and Q&A.  Lunch will be sponsored by participating MH manufacturers who will use that time to tell us about new MH features and options.  Cash bar at the end of the day!  One low registration fee covers as many workshops as you want to attend and all goings-on at the full SECO18 on Wednesday and Thursday.

Our full SECO18 conference is Wednesday and Thursday, October 10 & 11, 2018.  It includes two days of meetings, networking, solo and panel presentations, lunches, coffee breaks, use of the Whova event app, and vendor exhibits, as well as a reception and Round Table Discussions Wednesday evening - all included in one low price.

The event will be held at the Airport Marriott just a few short minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport terminal.
