FAQ's

Heard Coffee, Hoot Beerdega and Cassette Club are closed! What do I do?

We have 3 alternative stamp locations! Fast Fashion (South 1st location), Greenwood Hardware & Swanson's Shoe Repair. They should be set up to stamp your cards by May 31st.

Do I need to buy something at each location to get my stamp?

We want riders to get in the habit of "using their Bicycle Benefits" which means that we would like you to utilize the regular Bicycle Benefits discount which all of these places offer when you show your helmet sticker. The locations listed on the card are very supportive of biking and we urge participants to not take advantage of these super generous locations and make a purchase.

My card is smearing!

Admittedly, we made a mistake and should NOT have gotten the cards printed on high gloss. However, permanent markers shouldn't rub so the best thing to do is bring a thick Sharpie around during your journey and ask the stamper to rub the back of their stamp with the marker before hitting your card.

How do I redeem a prize?

Ride over to a prize location to redeem a prize and have them check off your prize box when it's been redeemed

-email ian@bicyclebenefits.org with any and all questions.
