Sustainable Supperclub and Essensia Restaurant & Bar at the Palms Hotel & Spa invite you to experience Essensia's new summer specials and the launch of the restaurant's Tropical Thursdays, featuring live Bossa Nova music and Samba classes. The event will feature a cocktail hour with Brugal seasonal cocktails, a 3-course dinner highlighting new offerings courtesy of Essensia's Chef De Cuisine Diana Tandia, and a wine pairing courtesy of Valdo Wines.

To wind up the night, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a Samba class before being provided with a reusable take home tote bag featuring a variety of sustainable goodies courtesy of La Boite, Bumble Bracelets, Topo Chico, Mais Music and more.* A portion of the proceeds will benefit Food Rescue US South Florida.
