Showcase your clothing, craft, paintings, and handmade goods by registering to be a vendor for the 2024 New Smyrna Beach Seaside Fiesta Festival, Thursday, June 20th, from 5pm - 9pm! During this Food Festival event, you will are able to sell your handmade or craft items to patrons on Flagler Avenue. This a legacy event for New Smyrna Beach and attracts huge crowds – over 5,000 should be expected weather permitting.
There is no electricity provided at your booth and this is a rain or shine event, with no refunds.
FOOD -
Showcase your restaurant or mobile food service, by registering to be a FOOD vendor for the 2024 New Smyrna Beach seaside Fiesta Festival, Thursday, June 20th, from 5pm - 9pm! During this Food Festival event, you will have the opportunity to sell sample size portions of three items from your menu for $5- $8 apiece. Flagler Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic allowing you to set-up your business on Flagler Avenue. This a legacy event for New Smyrna Beach and attracts huge crowds – over 5,000 should be expected weather permitting.
Food Vendors, please prepare to send your Florida Food License before the event.

Set up for the event begins AT 4PM - NOT ANYTIME BEFORE. Festival vendor entry is from the Pine Street and Flagler Avenue intersection only (use 301 Flagler Avenue on map apps). Vendor parking is not provided. All vehicles must be off the street by 4:45pm and set up must be complete by 5pm. To help with set up, staff is located at the vendor entrance (Pine Street and Flagler Ave.) and each block offers a “block captain” on-site during load in to help with set up coordination. All booths must remain up and open till 9pm. Takedown must be complete by 9:30pm. Flagler Avenue opens to vehicle traffic promptly at 9:30pm.
