    Class Description

Balance & Barre is a high intensity, low impact fusion class that combines bodyweight barre, yoga and functional strength movements. You can expect to sweat, shake and push past your edge in a challenging yet accessible workout. All levels are welcome, and class can be scaled to find that perfect balance of challenge and connection.

    About the Instructor

Always on a mission to create balance in his life, Justin Quinn (he/him) found yoga in high school and fell in love with the practice. What started as a compliment to running soon became an integral part of his everyday life. He completed his 200hr. yoga teacher certification in 2016, and soon became certified to teach Yoga Sculpt, Barre and Spin.

He believes movement is for everybody, and he is dedicated to making students feel like the best version of themselves. His classes are driven by connecting music to movement and creating an atmosphere of expression and inspiration in a challenging, meaningful way. You can expect big beats, big smiles and a deeper connection to yourself. He is excited to see you on your mat!

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.

Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
