The team will also walk us through molecular detection tools—when and how to use qPCR and LAMP to confirm what you're seeing in the field.
B. Workshop:
Roll up your sleeves and get practical. You’ll collect tissue samples, label and track them properly, and run a LAMP assay step-by-step. We'll cover how to test, how to interpret results, and the nuances of sampling, especially for asymptomatic vines like Sauvignon Blanc or when multiple viruses are in play.
