SCULPT & SIP -- Community Sculpting Event!

Attn: attendees who prefer more hands-on guidance and/or who want to learn technique and terminology-- we work with artists at all levels for this class, and have print-outs and more available for early learners; likewise, we provide supplies and "less bothering" for those who are just here to communally create!

Step into the Seattle Underground, home of Asylum Collective, for an evening of messy creativity. This isn’t your mom’s wine & art night! In this guided class, you'll have access to bottomless hot beverages and everything else needed to create a sculpture you can take home. The gallery comes alive with nude art models, setting the stage for your masterpieces and offering an opportunity to work with a live figure. We'll provide clay, sculpting tools, and more. Make sure to dress to get messy. 18+ / RSVP Required / Limited Seats.

What's your refund policy?

Unfortunately, anything within one week *cannot be refunded.* We're a tiny non-profit, volunteer-run, and we have already purchased the materials and budgeted accordingly by that point. We appreciate your support!

Asylum Collective is a volunteer-run nonprofit arts space that throws fundraisers, dances, and hosts artists residencies, as well as free and sliding scale all-ages workshops, classes and more.

*Asylum is located down a staircase, and as a part of the Seattle Underground, cannot be retrofitted with an elevator. We are not wheelchair accessible as a result. / At some dance events, there will be moving lights (not strobe) & fog. / Masks and hand sanitizer are available, but not enforced. / We have HEPA air purifiers starting mid November 2024. / All staff have been vaccinated.*
