2025 Theme
Displacement, Reconnection, and Survival: How Can We Help Each Other?
SCRIPT brings awareness to the complex issues surrounding survivors of violence and trauma while also providing community resources to help heal deep, far-reaching wounds. These resources include leadership from existing programs, individual community intervention volunteers, and entities that aim to build a robust network of people dedicated to stopping violence and trauma. Through this collaboration, we can develop a strong foundation for strategy related to topics centered around constant community change and reform. Collaboration can occur among various segments of our community, including law enforcement, social services, schools, clergy, family, friends, organizational members, and mission-oriented individuals. We are all living together in this quickly shifting society. This year at SCRIPT, our goal is to facilitate an interactive discussion and create a safe space among different sectors of our society regarding the issues we face as a community, and to lead the way in promoting healthy exchanges for action and resolution. We plan to explore this topic by inviting our presenters and community partners to lead conversations on feelings of displacement, reconnection, and survival. Coping strategies and social change applications are highly encouraged. Our goal is to stand as a bridge, offering support, healing, and solidarity in times of disconnection and uncertainty.
We are pleased to offer Continuing Education (CE) credits for a flat fee, approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) and the California Psychological Association (CPA). These credits may be applicable for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs), and Psychologists in most states.
Please consult your state licensing board to confirm acceptance of these credits. We are not responsible for individual state requirements.
To receive CE credit, participants must attend all sessions in their entirety and complete the required attendance verification and course evaluation.
The flat CE fee covers all eligible sessions offered during the conference. On average, participants can earn between 20 to 30 CE credits over the course of the two-day event.
